Welcome to our site. This is a new venture for us but we have got over 40 years combined experience of working in and for Craft Companies within the UK. We aim to provide Great Service, Great Prices and Great Products.
We run a points system where you will be automatically awarded
points for each item you buy. You save up these points and buy products with them when you have enough. At the moment these points are awarded
at a rate of 1 for every 20p spent (each point is worth 1p).
For a start we make the following promises:
1. We may at any time increase the
amount of points you get per purchase but it will never be lower than
2. We will only sell products we have in stock and ready to send out. No waiting for us to get fresh supplies in and no palming it off onto suppliers to send out.
3. Our Newsletter (which you can sign up to on the right) will only be sent out a maximum of once a week and only then if we have something new to let you know about.
4. We have a support system which you will find on the navigation bar above under "Help". We aim to answer all support tickets promptly. There may be a slight delay over weekends when we are at shows but whenever possible we will be answering tickets 7 days a week.
