All orders remain the property of Craft CDs until paid for in full.
An order is not deemed as accepted until the payment has been processed and the order has been despatched. Submitting an order does NOT mean it has been accepted and we retained the right to refuse an order without reason. In this case your credit card will not be deducted and cheque payments etc returned.
We have a list of who are known to be copying craft cds and selling them (illegally). These people will NOT be supplied with CDs. Many of the CDs on this site have been produced by individuals who are both creating and producing the CDs and we feel strongly that they are entitled to a fair return for their hard work. Should any instance of copyright violation come to our attention then those responsible will be reported to the copyright holder and any evidence made available to them for prosecution.
We do not supply any support for these CDs, the publisher normally does this, however if you have a problem please email us at this address help@craftcds.co.uk and if we can't help you we'll try and point you in the right direction.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
If you choose to return the discs this can only be done if the seals have NOT been broken, it must be within 7 days of delivery and must be at your own expense.
If however the disc does not function then please return it and we will replace it with a functioning copy of the same disc.
Postage
Postage on UK orders is £2.50 BUT if you spend over £38 then the postage is absolutely FREE. All packages are sent Royal Mail 1st Class recorded mail.
We aim to get your order to you within 3 - 7 working days.
If we have a known problem then we will email you and let you know.
Should your order NOT be with you 7 working days after you placed the order then please contact us as something has obviously gone wrong!
We are happy to supply orders outside of the UK but they must be paid for by Credit Card. There is an additional postage charge of £5. (So you will pay £7.50 for the normal charge and just £5 if you spend over £38). Don't worry that the prices are in UK pounds, your credit card company will make the conversions nessesary.
